By purchasing and utilizing golf cart accessories provided by Everything Built Custom, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer. Please review this document thoroughly and consult legal counsel if you have any questions or concerns.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the fact that every product we produce is built custom to order, we DO NOT offer refunds on ANY order. If there is an issue with your product within 30 days of receipt, you must first send an email to info@everythingbuiltcustom.com for support to ensure the issue is not user error. If the product is indeed faulty, we will gladly provide a replacement of the same product upon receipt of the faulty product. In the case of an accidental purchase of the incorrect product (i.e. incorrect size or color), a replacement can be provided upon receipt of the mistaken order at customer’s expense.
Limited Warranty
Everything Built Custom provides a limited warranty on all products, valid for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Within this warranty period, Everything Built Custom reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair or replace any product deemed defective. This warranty is administered by Everything Built Custom and is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in our separate warranty policy.
Exclusion of Additional Warranties
Except for the limited warranty expressly stated above, Everything Built Custom disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Assumption of Risk
The installation and use of golf cart accessories may involve inherent risks. By purchasing and using our products, you voluntarily assume all associated risks and responsibilities. Everything Built Custom shall not be held liable for any injuries, damage, or losses resulting from the use, improper use, or incorrect installation of its products. Customers are strongly encouraged to follow all safety instructions and best practices.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Everything Built Custom be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of income, arising out of or related to the use of its products. The total liability of Everything Built Custom shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Everything Built Custom, along with its employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use or misuse of our products, or your violation of these terms and conditions.
Product Installation and Maintenance
It is solely your responsibility to ensure that all products are properly installed and maintained. Everything Built Custom disclaims any liability for injuries or damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or neglect of maintenance.

Everything Built Custom reserves the right to amend or update this disclaimer at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review the disclaimer for any modifications. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions contained herein.
